Submission of Flight Tickets

Dear Participant,

We are already looking forward to meet you at our conference on 4-5th May 2020 in Budapest.

As you well know, within the framework of the conference free accommodation for 3 nights (between 3-6th May 2020) is provided for those who are residing outside of Hungary. In order to ensure that we can arrange the accommodation for you, please upload your electronic flight ticket below.

Please also note that if the paper is written by two or more authors, only the main presenter will be entitled to the free accommodation, thus the submission of flight ticket is only required from him/her.
