the Chinese New Year and the Lantern Festival!

The Chinese Lantern Festival took place on the 15th - and the last - day of the Spring Festival, which refers to the Chinese New Year festivities. In 2022, the Chinese New Year started on 1st February, so on 15th February we celebrated and closed the Chinese holiday season with a special party at Budapest Business University- organized by the Oriental Business and Innovation Center (OBIC) in association with the Confucius Institue in Szeged.
The program included dance and music performances by our students, after which everyone could participate in games for prizes, taste Chinese food - and have fun!
